"Financing made it doable"
I needed a new freezer but couldnt really swing paying for the whole thing upfront. The financing was simple enough and I got everything moving quick. Payments have been fair so far, so Im happy with how it worked out

"Equipment has been solid so far"
I bought a prep table and a small fryer from Restaurantequipment a few months back, and so far, everything’s been totally fine. Like, surprisingly fine. Both pieces are getting used almost every day, and I’m staying very calm about the fact that nothing has broken or acted weird yet.

The fryer heats up quickly and holds temperature better than our old one, which is a nice little relief. The prep table also stays cold through the lunch rush, which was the thing I was quietly stressing about the most. Nothing dramatic to report, honestly — it just works like it’s supposed to, and I’m happy with that.

It was on backorder, which wasn’t exactly ideal, but they did keep me updated until it finally shipped. I guess as long as you don’t mind waiting a bit, they handle it decently.

"Delivery was okay, but not the most reliable"
and I ended up ordering a prep table from restaurantequipment.com because the price seemed fair, that part was fine. Nothing really to complain about there.

The delivery was the part that felt a little inconsistent. It showed up a few days later than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update much, so I had to call just to find out what was going on.

The table did arrive in good condition, which mattered most to me. I just wish the delivery updates had been clearer. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t amazing either.

"Great prices and an easy experience"

"Finally, a company that actually keeps you updated"
I ordered from Restaurantequipment the best part was that they actually kept me updated the whole time. Like, why is that so rare these days? I didn’t have to sit there wondering if my order shipped, where it was, or if it had disappeared into some warehouse black hole. They sent clear status updates, the delivery showed up when they said it would, and the whole thing was just easy. No drama, no chasing anyone down, no weird surprises. I’d definitely order from them again

"Warranty help was okay, but a little slow"
I had a fryer part stop working after a few months, so I reached out to Restaurantequipment about the warranty. They did get back to me and asked for photos and the serial info, which seemed reasonable enough, I guess.

It just took longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up a couple times before things really moved along. They did eventually get the replacement taken care of, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience, just slower and more frustrating than I was expecting.

"Good selection, just a lot to dig through"
Restaurantequipment has a really solid selection, and that was probably the best part for me. I was looking at a few different pieces of equipment and found plenty of brands, sizes, and options all in one place, which made it convenient when I needed to compare stuff. The only downside is that it can feel a little overwhelming after a while. There were so many similar items in some sections that I kept clicking around to figure out what was actually different, and it got a bit tiring. Overall, it was fine and I found what I needed, but they could make it easier to sort through.
